The Kerala Public Service Commission is a body created by the Constitution of India to select applicants for civil service jobs in the Indian state of Kerala according to the merits of the applicants and the rules of reservation. The Head Office of the KPSC is located at Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, the State Capital.All the recruitment exams conducted by the Kerala PSC can only be applied if the candidate has registered themselves through the “One-Time Registration”. The Kerala Government has introduced Kerala PSC registration in January 2012.Kerala PSC or online platform is known as Thulasi. The Kerala PSC Thulasi registration is mandatory for all candidates who want to apply for Kerala PSC recruitment. This KPSC Thulasi registration system helps all job seeker to know all the latest jobs released by Government. Candidate will get job notification to their registered mobile number.

Click on ‘One time Registration’ tab visible home page.
Sign-up for new registration.

Then you have to upload the photograph (150 x 200 pixels, with a maximum size of 30 Kb) and signature (150 x 200 pixels, with a maximum size of 30 Kb).
Then enter the Educational qualification details and work experience details.
It is mandatory to add the Aadhaar Card details!
Also, you can take the print of your application.

Type all mandatory details like, Name, DOB, Gender, Father & Mother’s Name.....etc
Save your User ID and Password.
Never share Profile login with anyone.
After logging to the profile page, the following window can be seen.
The active notifications can be seen on the screen
Click on the notification window.
The active notifications will be displayed.
If you are eligible for the post “Apply Now” tab will be on the right side. .
After applying, it will be marked as” Applied”.
You will get an SMS notification from Kerala PSC confirming your application for the post.
